Porte de Montreuil / Tatiana Bilbao Estudio

2022-2023
Paris, France
Office building

The Porte de Montreuil project was a competition organized by the Paris government. Located in Paris’ 20th arrondissement, bordering Montreuil and Bagnolet, this strategic entry point’s redevelopment will enhance its metropolitan significance. The goal is to transform a 3.5-hectare area into a green metropolitan square, improving urban connectivity, enhancing the environment, and providing better living conditions. The project includes innovative services, a renovated flea market, and increased green spaces.

In the office we worked on two buildings with a market on the ground floor. Primarily used as office space, the buildings are designed to be convertible to residential use in the future.
